Frametra Software Inc. ("Frametra," "we," "us") collects only what's needed to operate the product: your email address and billing details (handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number), the URL and text content of articles you actively choose to analyze, and basic usage data such as feature interactions and error logs.
Article text you submit for AI-powered analysis is sent through Frametra's server to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. Frametra's server passes the text along to return your result and does not keep a copy. It is not used to train any model or shared with advertisers. Paid versions also check your access key with our server so your plan and any monthly allowance stay accurate. We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any reason.
We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax and legal recordkeeping. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing sales@frametra.com.
If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data under GDPR or CCPA. Contact us at the address above to exercise those rights.
By installing the Frametra browser extension or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to use the product for lawful purposes and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the underlying analysis service. Frametra's structural and AI-assisted scoring is provided as an analytical aid only; it does not constitute legal, journalistic, or professional advice, and should not be the sole basis for any editorial, legal, or publication decision.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe billing link in your welcome email; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Contractor plans are for professionals who deliver Frametra reports to their own clients. Access keys are personal to the subscriber and may not be shared or resold, and each Contractor plan includes a monthly analysis allowance that resets each month. Frametra reports document how coverage is built; they are an analytical aid, and contractors are responsible for how they present results to their own clients. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment, no questions asked. Email sales@frametra.com with your account email and we'll process it promptly. Refunds outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We want Frametra to be usable by as many people as possible and are actively working to improve accessibility across our website and browser extension. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us at sales@frametra.com and we'll do our best to address it.
