By installing the Frametra Chrome extension or accessing frametra.com or frametra.ca, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Frametra. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Frametra Technologies Inc. ("Frametra", "we", "us"), a federally incorporated company in Canada.
Frametra provides structural analysis of news articles through a Chrome browser extension. The service analyzes publicly accessible article text for structural integrity indicators including source attribution, claim pressure, and editorial framing. Frametra does not determine whether any article or claim is factually accurate, and nothing in the service should be construed as a factual verification.
Prices are in USD. Canadian customers may see CAD pricing on frametra.ca. All prices exclude applicable taxes.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Annual plans renew every 365 days. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Frametra to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
7-day refund guarantee: First-time subscribers to any paid plan may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial charge. Email support@frametra.com with your order email. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds for annual plans after the 7-day window may be granted at Frametra's discretion on a pro-rated basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period (except under the 7-day guarantee above).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frametra's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to paid subscribers by email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance.
