Frametra never says a story is true, false, left or right. It shows how the story is built, and gives you the evidence to judge for yourself.
Free in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. No account needed.
The free engine runs on your device and scores the article in seconds.
Get a score and a plain-language breakdown, with the exact phrases highlighted. Deep AI adds source-level detail and PDF documents.
What it measures
Scoring is genre-aware: first-person argument is expected in an op-ed, but flagged in a news report that presents itself as neutral.
Source diversity scoring is grounded in the JeRI framework, developed by Adamson and Malik at Toronto Metropolitan University: who gets to speak, whose perspective is left out, and how claims are supported.
Real output
Examples of the paid reports, exactly as Frametra generates them. The free extension gives the score and on-page highlights; these documents come with Deep AI or our report service.

Frametra is built and operated by Frametra Software Inc., a small independent company in London, Ontario, Canada. Reading the news should not take a media literacy degree to spot single-source reporting, unverified claims or quietly editorialized framing.
We are a young company and we do not have a wall of testimonials yet. We would rather wait for real ones than write our own. If a score looks wrong, or Frametra is useful to you, tell us at sales@frametra.com.
